Shadow Work
My dreams often prompt a candid assessment of my shadow behaviors, guiding me to areas where I need work to release attitudes, behaviors, and beliefs that keep me trapped in old limiting patterns. I appreciate the level of honesty they present in a way that I wouldnāt necessarily allow myself to access otherwise. As I reviewed my dreams, the themes of creating alignment and self-loathing are aspects of my life that I have actively been working to adjust. They are listed as subheadings as they are recurring themes. The information imparted is always something I need to hear.

Note to Self
Learning to capture my dreams and write them down regardless of how cohesive they appear is a discipline Iāve learned to master. Often, I will recall just a glimpse of my dream with a snippet of information. Other times, the dreams come flooding back. Either way, they provide tantalizing insightful morsels to ponder. Left with the essence of the imagery lingering provocatively throughout the day, it nudges me to look deeper into my life for the message my dreams convey. My dreams are rich sources of inspiration and analysis, which I have learned to cherish.

FAMILY AFFAIRS
Reviewing thirty-eight years of dreams related to my natal family dynamics has given me a unique perspective on the subtle ways that childhood trauma still lingers, unconsciously steering my current beliefs and behaviors. Itās also comforting to know that at a profoundly subliminal level, Iām actively working on healing by reconciling my old experiences.

SPIRITUAL RENEWAL
My belief in an innate connection to a larger, more expansive world beyond the temporal realm has been my guidepost for seeking counsel from within. As I perused my dream journals, I became aware that my dreams are intrinsic and essential to my spiritual development. They gift me an aspect of grace for having witnessed a progression of lifeās learnings.

PRECOGNITION
Without keeping a dream journal, the extent of my dreams over the past fifty-four years, which were precognitive, would never have been known to me. It was stunning upon reviewing them during the COVID-19 lockdown. I know I have precognitive dreams; what surprised me was the volume to which I have them. It became apparent that at least thirty percent of my dreams were precognitive. Of course, if you dream of something before it happens, thereās no frame of reference that itās āprecognitiveā until after the event occurs. Thus, many of my precognitive dreams were elusive until I took the time to review them and observe them within a broader landscape.

MASS CONSCIOUSNESS
In addition to information about my personal life, many of my dreams also give insight into the current state of mass consciousness. These dreams provide me with an inner radar, allowing me to navigate with a more profound understanding of the germane underlying themes being experienced within the broader world context. The subheading Polarity is included as this theme frequently occurs beginning in 2001.

MUSINGS
Astonishingly, dreams seem to come unexpectedly, with no prior frame of reference offering tantalizing bits of information. Iām grateful for having cultivated this resource over the years. Subconscious insights through my dreams connect me to a vaster awareness, sparking research into unfamiliar topics. These morsels of novel illumination always give me something to ponder, learn, and question.
